David was OUTSTANDING. He spent way more time than I thought anyone would and the guy hardly stopped moving. Even professionally handled a sticky situation when a neighbor got a bit touchy about us being on the property… SMOOTH! I do not feel I will run into any surprises on the things he covered. I know what the issues are at the property and if we go with the purchase, I know what I am buying. I also understand home systems way more after following him around! Flat out could not have asked for a better experience. The guy is dialed in! Lastly, the flow of information in the report… Clear and broken down in usable portions with pictures. Will help me with negotiations and with any future repairs/upgrades. Maintenance will always begin with referencing the report! If I think of buying anything in RISE’s service area they would be my one and only call!

Showed up right on time (maybe a little early) and got right to work.
